Due to the nature of products, we do not accept returns. Every keycap set is inspected following steps outlined in Quality Control. If you have issue with your keycaps, we would be happy to send you replacement. Please email us at support@21kb.com within 30 days from the date you received it, we will take care of it in our top priority.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace entire keycap set if you received keycap set(s) in wrong design/color. We will cover all return/reship costs. Please send us an email at support@21kb.com
